Overview
This role is for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant who will provide high-level administrative support to executives and senior leadership.
This opportunity is suited to a detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple priorities, communicate clearly, and handle sensitive information with discretion.
The Executive Assistant will help keep executive operations running smoothly by coordinating schedules, managing communication flow, preparing materials, and supporting key leadership priorities in a fast-paced corporate environment.
What You’ll Do
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives and senior leadership
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Arrange travel logistics and support internal and external event coordination
- Prioritize time-sensitive matters and help executives stay prepared for meetings and commitments
- Serve as a professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Screen, route, and respond to inquiries in a timely and appropriate manner
- Prepare, edit, and format correspondence, presentations, reports, and executive materials
- Assist with materials for board meetings, executive presentations, and strategic initiatives
- Conduct research, gather information, and provide analysis to support decision-making
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion, accuracy, and professionalism
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and department leaders to support communication, coordination, and project flow
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and increase executive efficiency
Qualifications
- 5+ years of executive-level administrative support experience in a fast-paced corporate environment
- Experience supporting C-level executives
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- High attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy while handling multiple tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency with productivity tools, including Google Suite
- Sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information appropriately
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships with a wide range of individuals
