Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth through strategic account management. Responsibilities will include creating and executing effective sales strategies, representing the company’s portfolio of products and services, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs. The role will emphasize achieving sales targets, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and business development skills within the PCB & Test manufacturing industry, including relationship management, negotiation, and closing sales
  • Experience in strategic account management, customer retention strategies, and achieving revenue growth
  • Knowledge of the Electronics and Precision Manufacturing industry is a plus
  • Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and track sales performance
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Capability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet client and business needs
