Australian Organic Limited (AOL), the peak body for the certified organic industry, is looking for a passionate, organised, and impactful Marketing & Memberships Operations Coordinator to "run the engine" sitting at the centre of marketing and membership — managing systems, coordinating delivery, measuring impacts and helping us deliver a delightful and valuable experience for our members.

This role is a great opportunity to have end-to-end ownership and deliver real impact to help our industry to grow like the future depends on it. Responsibilities include managing our CRM; helping design and improve our membership experience; coordinating and delivering marketing campaigns; improving and automating workflows; and analysing data and recommending improvements.What you'll do
- Manage day-to-day administration and hygiene of our CRM(Zoho) and community and content publishing platforms, including user permissions and general site maintenance.
- Manage content calendars and build and schedule communications to support consistent member and consumer engagement.
- Support marketing campaign delivery.
- Identify opportunities to improve and automate workflows to improve member experiences and team efficiency.
- Deliver key activities for membership growth, onboarding, engagement and renewal.
- Monitor member and marketing analytics and engagement metrics to inform ongoing improvements.About You
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Excited about systems and processes
- Enjoy bringing structure to busy environments
- 2+ years experience in a similar role
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Zoho, Canva, and content management platforms is desirable.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and stakeholders.
- Good stakeholder management skills and confidence working across different teams.
- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to create clear and engaging content.
- A proactive, self-starter mindset with a willingness to learn and take ownership.
- Proven ability to work remotely, organise tasks independently, and meet objectives
- Interest in the organic industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
