Role Description This is a full-time, remote position for a two Regional Managers, based in Liverpool and Sheffield areas (or within a close commute). The Regional Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with introducers, identifying and onboarding new partners, and driving business growth within the assigned region. Key responsibilities include tracking regional performance, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining exceptional partner satisfaction through effective communication and personal engagement. The role also involves monitoring market trends to identify growth opportunities and contributing to strategic regional initiatives. Qualifications

• Strong relationship management skills and the ability to communicate effectively with introducers and partners
• Experience in sales, business development, and driving revenue growth strategies
• Proficiency in regulatory compliance, financial risk management, and industry regulations
• Analytical skills with knowledge of market trends and the ability to develop actionable insights
• Self-motivated, performance-driven, and adept at working independently in a remote setting
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems for tracking and reporting regional performance
• Previous experience in automotive finance or related industries is desirable
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is highly beneficial
