In this highly personalized role, you will work directly with high-net-worth clients—managing ongoing client relationships and ensuring every interaction reflects Blush’s luxury, white-glove standard.
Role Overview:
The Prospect Engagement Specialist plays a critical role in converting curated matches into confirmed dates. This position focuses on understanding both the client and the prospective match, presenting the client in a compelling and thoughtful way, and guiding conversations to determine mutual alignment. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can balance persuasion with authenticity, ensuring both parties feel confident and excited about moving forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of each client’s preferences, values, and dealbreakers to ensure thoughtful alignment.
- Craft and deliver personalized, compelling pitches that present the client in a way that resonates with each prospective match.
- Conduct phone calls with prospects to introduce the client and share relevant details in a polished, engaging manner.
- Ask insightful questions to understand the prospect’s preferences, goals, and dealbreakers.
- Evaluate whether there is mutual alignment between the client and prospect to support a successful date.
- Confidently guide the conversation toward a clear decision on whether the prospect would like to move forward with the date.
- Accurately document outcomes, feedback, and key details in internal systems to support matchmaking and coordination teams.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking someone who is confident, personable, and skilled at navigating conversational dynamics. You should be able to read people quickly, communicate with clarity and warmth, and strike the right balance between advocacy and authenticity. The ideal candidate is persuasive without being pushy, emotionally intelligent, and comfortable making judgment calls in real time.
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal communication skills with a confident, polished phone presence.
- Ability to guide conversations and handle objections or hesitation with ease.
- High emotional intelligence and strong listening skills.
- Comfort discussing personal preferences, dating dynamics, and relationship goals.
- Ability to make quick, thoughtful decisions about mutual fit.
- Experience in sales, recruiting, client-facing roles, or matchmaking is a plus.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and tracking tools to log interactions and outcomes.
