This is a fantastic opportunity to join a remote-first marketing agency breaking the mould and building something better as Account Manager.

Our Client

They believe that the traditional agency model is broken and are building something better. They are a remote first agency with a turnover already well into 7 figures, and they’re working with a number of top brands.

The Role

The role is part client management, part project manager, as well as quality control and manager of relationships. You’ll build deep relationships with clients, understand what they need – sometimes before they realise it themselves – and ultimately deliver it on time, on budget and to the highest of creative standards, working across a range of integrated projects, both print and digital. You’ll also have responsibility to help grow clients for the agency, spotting opportunities and using your relationships with clients to deliver growth (rewarded under their uncapped, generous bonus policy in place for existing client growth).

You

You will have solid experience in an agency environment as an Account Manager, working across a range of integrated projects, knowing how to juggle multiple clients and deal with conflicting deadlines. You’ll be commercially aware and an excellent listener who enjoys spending time and building strong relationships with clients so they see you as a trusted partner that they can rely upon. You’ll be passionate, enthusiastic and bring great energy to everything you do.
