Compensation: $65–$130/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities (Training support will be provided)

• Use real-world operations and leadership experience to develop accurate and relevant workflow-based scenarios.
• Review and refine business, management, and organizational content for clarity and realism.
• Provide written reasoning grounded in real managerial decision-making and operational strategy.
• Work asynchronously and adapt to evolving task guidelines.

Requirements

• Strong experience working full-time as a General and Operations Manager.
• Must be based in the U.S., U.K., or Canada.
• Ability to commit a minimum of 15 hours/week.
• Must use a desktop or laptop computer.
• Strong written communication and analytical judgment.
• Cannot currently support H1-B or STEM OPT status.
