Phase 1: Treatment Optimization EngineDriving Transaction Revenue Through Intelligent Treatment Recommendations

  • AI-powered treatment coordination that helps practices identify optimal additional procedures and timing
  • Financing optimization to maximize loan amounts within approved lender limits, increasing average transaction size
  • Real-time decision support with explainable recommendations that treatment coordinators can confidently present

Phase 2: Predictive Risk & Banking IntelligenceEnhancing Profitability and Maintaining 100% Approval Excellence

  • Advanced risk prediction models using proprietary dental financing data to reduce defaults and improve portfolio performance

  • Healthcare-specific risk assessment that provides deeper insights than traditional credit models

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 7–10+ years in production-grade ML/AI, ideally in fintech, payments, or healthcare.
  • Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, SQL, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Spark/Scala; familiarity with LLMs, recommender systems, credit scoring.
  • MLOps & Infrastructure: Hands-on experience with ML pipelines, CI/CD, feature stores, model monitoring, and lifecycle tools like MLFlow.
  • Product Impact: Track record of deploying ML solutions that deliver measurable operational or revenue benefits.
  • Explainability & Compliance: Experience implementing transparent, bias-aware models suitable for sensitive domains.
  • Leadership to Build: Ability to be both an individual contributor and future team leader—driving strategy, mentorship, and execution.
  • Mission-Driven: Passionate about using AI to increase access to care, improve patient outcomes, and drive innovative financial workflows.
