Sales Representative – LiDAR SystemsLocation: Remote, Europe (PREFERABLY GERMANY)Salary: €50,000 - €75,000 base, plus €40,000 bonus and attractive benefits package

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Representative to play a key role in expanding our presence across Europe.

How will you make an impact?Market Development & Sales

  • Identify and engage with OEMs, integrators, and distributors in the industrial automation, robotics, and security sectors.
  • Drive new business opportunities and establish relationships with key customers across EMEA and the Middle East.
  • Execute direct sales activities, from lead generation through to closing deals.

Proposal & Account Management

  • Support preparation and delivery of proposals for sensor and LiDAR-based solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with senior team members to develop tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline records using CRM tools.

Channel Partner Development

  • Assist in building and managing a network of distributors and integrators to strengthen the regional presence.
  • Provide product information, training, and sales support to channel partners.

Product Promotion

  • Represent the company at trade fairs, conferences, and customer demonstrations.
  • Deliver engaging product presentations showcasing the value of our LiDAR and sensor technologies.

What qualifications and skills will make you succeed in this role?Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, or Business, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1–3 years of sales or business development experience, ideally with exposure to LiDAR, sensors, or automation technologies.
  • Familiarity with industrial, robotics, or security markets is highly beneficial.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong interest and technical understanding of LiDAR and sensor technologies.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages (German, French, Italian, Spanish) are a strong plus.
  • Motivated, organized, and eager to learn within a fast-paced, international environment.

Additional Details

  • Must be based in Europe and willing to travel as required.
  • Remote-first environment with flexible working arrangements.
