Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Agency Account Manager. The Agency Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, managing relationships, understanding business objectives, and translating them into effective marketing initiatives.

Day-to-day responsibilities include face to face meetings with clients, planning digital marketing strategies, briefing internal teams, monitoring performance, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

The role involves preparing reports, presenting results and recommendations, and proactively identifying opportunities to optimise campaigns and expand client engagement. The Agency Account Manager will collaborate closely with strategy, creative, and digital teams to maintain a high standard of service and deliver meaningful outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management, client services, or project management within a marketing or digital agency environment.
• Strong skills in stakeholder communication, relationship building, and expectation management.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
• Understanding of digital marketing channels, campaign performance metrics, and data-driven decision-making.
• Proficiency with common agency and marketing tools (e.g., project management platforms, CRM, analytics dashboards) is beneficial.
• Comfort with remote collaboration, including clear written and verbal communication and a high level of self-organisation.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a focus on continuous improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
