One job: convert leadership intent into completed output without requiring follow-ups, clarification loops, or micromanagement. Blindspot to avoid: this is not a personal assistant role. - 10 to 15 hours per week of CEO and COO workload removed
- Less than 5 percent of delegated items require follow-up

Recruitment execution without leadership drag
- Recruitment pipeline fully managed during hiring periods, up to 10 hours per week (system already in place)
- Job posts live within 48 hours of approval
- Candidate shortlists delivered weekly with clear recommendations
- Interview scheduling (and screening interviews done by you) + follow ups handled end to end
Invoicing
- Monthly checks on revenue we've generated per advertiser
- Set up invoices for the above revenue
- Handling and processing of the finance mailbox
Automation and AI leverage
- 1 meaningful automation or AI workflow deployed per month
- Manual recurring work reduced measurably for CEO, COO, or team
- Automations documented and transferable, not person dependent
Inbox, outreach, and communication control
- CEO, COO and team@ inboxes scanned for tasks to independently follow-up
- Outreach campaigns executed and monitored without leadership involvement
- Stakeholders receive timely updates without chasing
Most of the above is already systematized. The EA doesn't need to invent the wheel. However, we're always open for your experience and suggestions. 📋 Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment workload when vacancies are open
- Handle finance admin and invoice follow up
- Edit company Wordpress websites (we have SOPs for this)
- Execute content related support tasks
- Own email management and outreach execution
- Conduct structured research and summaries for decision making
- Build and maintain automations using Zapier, Make, N8N, Google Scripts throughtout the organisation
- Maintain operational systems in Google Sheets, Airtable, and related tools
- Handle ad hoc tasks from CEO and COO with clear prioritization
- Proactively identify inefficiencies and propose fixes
Benefits 💰 Compensation & Benefits
- Base Pay: contractor: €20–€30/hour (depending on experience).
- Commitment: full-time employee or 20 hours per week contractor, 100% Remote. Over time the commitment will grow to 40 hours/week.
- Autonomy: P&L responsibility for your accounts and direct reporting to the CEO.
