Director of Business Operations

This is a remote position with occasional travel for team collaboration and industry events.

This organization is seeking a Director of Business Operations to join its executive leadership team. This person will be a hands-on, servant-minded leader who can bring structure, strategy, and scalable growth to a business built on trust, accountability, and excellence.

The Director of Business Operations will serve as the integrator for the company, ensuring all functional areas, such as sales, marketing, content development, technology, and customer service, work in sync to drive growth and uphold the organization’s core values. Key areas of responsibility include:

This individual brings proven operational leadership experience, ideally five or more years in service-based or technology-driven environments, with strengths in process improvement, financial acumen, and team development.

A bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field is preferred, and familiarity with CRM systems, EOS principles, and performance metrics is a plus.
