Senior Project/Operations Manager

We build visually iconic villas that stand out, but the real goal is bigger than design - we create experiences that make the villas feel alive. The kind of details and execution most developers don’t even think about. We’re aiming for the top 1% in Asia, and we’re building the company to match that ambition.

Right now, our biggest bottleneck isn’t ideas or talent - it’s execution speed and consistency. We have people, ongoing work, and processes in motion, but project management isn’t tight enough, so things move slower than they should and founders end up being the glue.

We need a Senior PM/Operations Manager who can take ownership of execution, make projects run smoothly with clear deadlines and accountability, and then continuously improve the operating system to help us scale faster.

This isn’t a role with a “fixed box”. The workload itself isn’t insanely complex - what matters is your proactivity, responsibility, and ability to take the vision and push it forward with the team. Project management is the number 1 priority. Operational improvements and new systems are what you layer in once execution is running cleanly.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing

📌 Own cross-functional project management - priorities, owners, deadlines, follow-ups.

📌 Run weekly planning and execution - track progress, unblock people, keep delivery on time and high quality.

📌 Own Asana as the source of truth - structure, hygiene, templates, and consistent workflows.

📌 Keep revenue execution tight - Marketing cadence (content + ads) and Sales ops (CRM, follow-ups, automations).

📌 Coordinate internal + external teams - smooth handoffs, clear ownership.

📌 Improve the operating system - SOPs and process upgrades once execution is running cleanly.

📌 Earn trust and autonomy - report to founders, gain real execution authority over time.

Who You Need to Be

✅ Fluent Lithuanian + Strong English - non-negotiable

✅ Startup-minded - you’re comfortable when things aren’t perfect yet

Experience-wise: you’ve done real PM work before (startups ideally), and you’re confident running cross-functional execution.
