What You'll Do

• Transcribe audio recordings into accurate written text following clear formatting guidelines
• Handle a variety of accents, speaking speeds, and audio quality conditions
• Apply consistent punctuation, formatting, and speaker labeling rules
• Flag unclear or inaudible segments and note speaker changes where needed
• Meet quality standards and turnaround targets for each batch of work
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Strong listener with sharp attention to detail
• Good typing speed and accuracy
• Patient and methodical when working through challenging audio
• Comfortable following detailed style and formatting guidelines
• Reliable and self-motivated in a remote work environment
• No prior transcription or AI experience required
