We're looking for Business Administration specialists to challenge, evaluate, and train advanced AI models on the highest-stakes topics in business — from DCF valuation and WACC to market entry strategy and supply chain optimization. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No prior AI experience needed — just deep business knowledge, sharp analytical thinking, and a commitment to quality.

What You'll Do

• Design Complex Business Challenges — Craft advanced case studies, quantitative problems, and strategic scenarios across corporate finance, market strategy, operations, and organizational behavior
• Author Gold-Standard Solutions — Write rigorous, step-by-step responses — complete with financial statements, strategic frameworks (4Ps, 5Cs, Porter's Five Forces), and executive-level rationales — that serve as benchmark answers for AI training
• Audit AI Reasoning — Evaluate AI-generated business plans, financial forecasts, and strategic analyses for logical consistency, mathematical accuracy, and adherence to professional business standards
• Identify and Correct Flawed Reasoning — Catch errors like ignored sunk costs, miscalculated WACC, or flawed macroeconomic assumptions, and provide structured, detailed feedback that improves model performance
• Set the Bar for Executive AI — Ensure AI can function as a credible, sophisticated partner for real-world business decision-making at the executive level

Who You Are

• Holder of an MBA from an accredited institution
• Deeply knowledgeable in at least two core business disciplines: Finance, Marketing, Operations, or Strategic Management
• Able to synthesize complex data and analysis into clear, executive-style written recommendations
• Naturally precise — you catch errors in financial formulas, data interpretation, and business logic before they cause problems
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently on an async schedule
• No prior AI or tech experience required

Nice to Have

• Background in management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy
• Experience with data annotation, quality evaluation, or structured feedback systems
• Proficiency in data-driven tools such as Excel financial modeling, Tableau, or SQL
• Familiarity with AI tools or large language models as an end user
