Management & Leadership Instructor (AI Training)About The Role We're looking for experienced management and leadership educators to help shape how AI understands organizational behavior, decision-making, and team dynamics. Your expertise will directly influence the quality and accuracy of AI systems being trained on real-world leadership and management concepts. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role — work on your own schedule while contributing to one of the most impactful fields in technology today.

What You'll Do

• Review AI-generated management and leadership scenarios for accuracy and realism
• Evaluate AI reasoning related to team dynamics, incentive structures, and organizational design
• Identify flawed assumptions, weak logic, or unrealistic decision-making in AI outputs
• Provide clear, structured feedback to improve how AI models managerial thinking
• Work independently and asynchronously on task-based assignments

Who You Are

• 3+ years of experience teaching management or leadership at the postsecondary level
• Strong grounding in organizational behavior, management theory, and leadership frameworks
• Skilled at evaluating decision-making quality and articulating tradeoffs clearly
• Comfortable reviewing written scenarios and providing actionable written feedback
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently

Nice to Have

• MBA or Master's degree in Management, Organizational Behavior, or a related field
• Real-world leadership, operations, or consulting experience
• Prior exposure to AI tools, content evaluation, or annotation workflows
