Software Engineer – Frontend (AI Training Contract)About The Role Frontend developers: your skills are in high demand — not for a traditional dev role, but for something more impactful. We're looking for experienced frontend engineers to help evaluate and improve AI systems that write code. You'll review AI-generated UI solutions, craft your own high-quality implementations, and provide the expert feedback that makes next-generation AI coding tools smarter and more reliable. This is fully remote, asynchronous contract work — set your own schedule and work from anywhere. What You'll Do

• Review and evaluate AI-generated frontend code (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) for correctness, efficiency, accessibility, and clarity
• Write high-quality frontend solutions to UI and web development problems across varying difficulty levels
• Craft clear, well-reasoned explanations for design decisions, code logic, and problem-solving strategies
• Identify edge cases, bugs, and ambiguities in problem statements or AI-generated responses
• Help set the standard for what great frontend code looks like — at scale

Who You Are

• Strong command of JavaScript — async/await, closures, DOM manipulation, ES6+ syntax, and browser APIs are second nature to you
• Experienced with modern frontend frameworks and tooling (React, Vue, Angular, or similar)
• Able to clearly explain technical concepts in writing — you communicate as well as you code
• Detail-oriented and consistent, with a sharp eye for correctness and quality
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in an async environment

Nice to Have

• 3–5+ years of professional frontend development experience
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field
• Familiarity with data labeling, RLHF, or other AI training workflows
• Experience with web accessibility standards and performance optimization
