Content Project Manager - Part Time

Job Title: Content Project Manager IILocation: Remote (EST)Duration: 9-moths Contract | Up to 25 hours/weekPay Rate: $40–45/hr.

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Content Project Manager to support the Customer Experience Marketing team by transforming complex information into clear, user-friendly content. This role focuses on developing and maintaining onboarding materials, training resources, how-to guides, videos, presentations, and microsite updates that improve the customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the creation, production, and maintenance of customer-facing and internal support content
• Simplify complex workflows and technical information into clear, accessible materials
• Coordinate content projects through Asana and collaborate across Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, and Research teams
• Ensure content accuracy, consistency, and timely updates
• Support publishing workflows alongside content specialists
• Monitor customer experience survey feedback and route insights to appropriate teams for follow-up

Qualifications

• Experience in content management, technical writing, or project management
• Strong writing, editing, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Experience simplifying large or technical content into digestible formats
• Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat Pro, Microsoft Office, Asana, and SharePoint
• Preferred background in EdTech, SaaS, or K-12 environments
• Bonus: LMS platform or accessibility compliance experience
