🚨 WE NEED A PERFORMANCE-DRIVEN ADS EXPERT 🚨Client: Personal Injury Law Firm (Tony Press – 1-800-NO-FAULT)Monthly Ad Spend: $10,000+Platform Focus: Meta onlyWe are looking for a top-level Ads Specialist, someone who lives and breathes campaigns — optimization, tracking, data-reading, and creative strategy. Someone who can fix what's broken and scale what works.

We are an agency called Alpha Creators Media.

If you are able to bring at least 20 converting leads in 1 month, we will hire you for the rest of our clients.ABOUT THE PROBLEM

We’re currently managing ads for a Law Firm client (PI Attorney) and results are inconsistent:

  • Meta reports ~30 leads/day
  • The client only receives ~7 real leads
  • Campaigns stagnate in learning phase or struggle to convert
  • No stable system for consistent qualified lead flow

We have a team in place — strategists, content creators, editors — but we need the expert who knows how to make results happen, fix tracking issues, structure profitable campaigns, and scale aggressively while maintaining quality.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

We need someone who can:

🔍 Audit existing campaigns, tracking, and data

💡 Identify WHY results aren’t converting and propose solutions

⚙️ Build, optimize, and scale new campaigns that convert into real leads

📈 Set up proper attribution + fix the lead loss between Meta → Client

🧪 Create A/B tests, improve CPL, increase volume & quality

🤝 Work alongside our current team to execute fast and efficiently

🔥 Become the go-to performance specialist — not average, but THE BEST

WHO THIS ROLE IS FOR

We want someone who:

  • Has PROVEN experience generating quality leads for attorneys/law firms
  • Understands backend tracking (pixel, conversions API, events, CRM flow)
  • Can work under pressure — Client retention depends on results
  • Is obsessed with data, analytics and creatives, not just “launching campaigns”
