We are recruiting for a Community Operations Coordinator to join an impressive, global company supporting entrepreneurs and creative professionals. You’ll need to be a proactive, highly organised Coordinator who will ensure operations run smoothly as well as providing excellent experiences to all members.
You’ll get:
⭐ Remote working, will just need to travel to occasional events
⭐ UK based
⭐ Minimum 30 hours/week (Core hours: Mon, Wed, Thurs: 12:00–18:00 GMT, Tues, Fri: 10:00–16:00 GMT)
⭐ Salary: £2,200 per month
You’ll be:
⭐ Handling Community Operations
⭐ Support the Community Manager with day-to-day operations
⭐ Managing administration across key platforms
⭐ Maintaining accurate data
⭐ Financial administration - invoices, receipts, budgets + sponsorship tracking
⭐ Onboarding members, celebrations, updates + general engagement
⭐ Operational duties to keep the community running smoothly
⭐ Event Coordination
⭐ Attend + support UK-based events, with occasional international travel
⭐ Coordinate event activities - travelling with attendee groups
You’ll need:
⭐ Experience in community management, operations, or event coordination
⭐ Strong organisational and administrative skills.
⭐ Confident with digital tools - Airtable, Softr (portal), Wix, Copyin (email platform)
⭐ Excellent communication + interpersonal skills
⭐ Ability to work independently, with your own equipment, workspace + high-speed internet
⭐ Flexibility to attend events outside core hours when needed
