Role Summary
The Marketing Manager is a hands-on, execution-focused role responsible for turning marketing strategy into action. This individual will work closely with the Director of Marketing & Demand Generation to support demand generation campaigns, business development outreach, content creation, sales enablement, and partner marketing initiatives.
This is an individual contributor role designed for an experienced marketer who enjoys building, writing, and executing day-to-day marketing work. The role requires comfort with operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment where priorities may shift and processes continue to mature.
Key Responsibilities
- Demand Generation & Campaign Execution
- Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns in support of sales and business development teams
- Adapt and write campaign copy for email, social, and outbound sequences
- Support SAP- and partner-facing campaigns, including DF- and co-marketing initiatives
- Track campaign performance and contribute to reporting, optimization, and insights
- Content Creation & Copywriting
- Write, edit, and refine marketing, demand, and enablement assets, including campaign content, website copy, newsletters, etc.
- Translate technical SAP and consulting concepts into clear, compelling business language
- Ensure content aligns with brand standards, tone, and storytelling best practices
- Marketing Operations & Execution Support
- Support marketing automation efforts using Marketo and Outreach
- Assist with CRM campaign support and reporting in Salesforce
- Create, organize, and maintain a centralized repository of approved marketing and sales assets
- Assist with optimizing and refreshing existing decks, templates, and materials used by sales and delivery teams
- Event Marketing
- Support planning, execution, and follow-up for Answerthink-hosted events, SAP events, third-party events, and sales meetings
- Travel occasionally to support key events (estimated 2–3 trips per year)
Qualifications
- Required
- 3–6 years of experience in B2B marketing (technology, consulting, or professional services preferred)
- Experience working remotely with strong communication and follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong writing and editing skills across short-form and long-form content
- Experience supporting demand generation or campaign execution
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Preferred
- Experience in the SAP ecosystem or enterprise software environment
- Experience supporting sales or business development teams
- Familiarity with Marketo, Outreach, Salesforce, or similar platforms
- Experience working in a partner-driven or matrixed organization
- Comfort supporting events and occasional travel
