Are you an organised, motivated individual looking to kick-start or grow your career in project management? We’re looking for an Entry-Level / Junior Project Manager to assist with planning, coordinating, and delivering projects in a supportive, remote-first environment. This role is ideal for recent graduates or those with 1–2 years of experience, with flexible full-time or part-time opportunities available.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

  • Support project planning, scheduling, and coordination activities
  • Assist in tracking project timelines, deliverables, and budgets
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and updates
  • Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Help identify project risks and issues and propose solutions
  • Participate in team meetings, stand-ups, and reviews

✅ Requirements:

  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Basic understanding of project management concepts (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote setting
  • Must be based in Australia with full working rights

💡 Preferred but Not Required:

  • Prior internship or experience in a PMO or admin role
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or Monday.com
  • Certification (or working towards) in PRINCE2, Agile, or PMP
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field
