Arc is sourcing candidates for a client opportunity.

A remote opportunity for engineers who have spent real time inside production codebases: writing code, reviewing PRs, working with tests, debugging issues, and making practical technical decisions.

The focus is not “do you know AI?”

The focus is:

Can you reason clearly about code?

Can you spot quality issues?

Can you understand how tests validate behaviour?

Can you explain technical tradeoffs in writing?

Relevant languages:

• Python

• JavaScript / TypeScript

• Go

• Rust

• Java

This is best suited to professional Software Engineers with paid experience in production environments, not internship-only or purely academic experience.

Compensation can reach up to $140/hour for candidates who meet the requirements and successfully progress through the process.
