About the Role:

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and meet business objectives. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing resources, and communicating effectively with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution.
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and project goals.
• Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
• Prepare and present project updates, reports, and documentation to management.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure strong communication across teams.
• Facilitate project meetings and ensure timely decision-making.
• Support process improvement initiatives and standardization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, IT, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of project management experience (PMP or Agile certification preferred).
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira, Trello).
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.

• Experience in IT.
• Budget and cost management expertise.
• Vendor and contract management experience.
