They’re building a next-generation platform powered by AI, clean design, and powerful data to help renters, investors, and property managers thrive — and we’re helping them find a Data & Analytics Engineer who’s ready to make a serious impact.

This is a foundational hire on their Data & Analytics team, with the chance to work across product, engineering, and customer teams to bring powerful insights to life.

About the Role

• Integrate the company’s data stack with both mobile and web platforms
• Build meaningful dashboards and reports to support internal teams and external users
• Develop AI-powered insights that elevate the end-user experience
• Take ownership of data tooling and help shape the future of analytics in the business

It’s an exciting opportunity for a well-rounded engineer who’s equally passionate about clean code, great data models, and building high-impact, scalable products.

What the Stack Looks Like

While we’re open to a range of backgrounds, experience or strong interest in the following will be helpful:

• Backend development: Node.js, TypeScript, SQL
• Cloud: AWS
• Databases: PostgreSQL, Redshift (or other modern data warehouses like BigQuery or Snowflake)
• Data tools: dbt, Cube.js, Dagster (or similar)
• Version control: Git
• CI/CD: Buildkite or similar
• Architecture: Microservices, GraphQL

• A strong engineering background with commercial software development experience
• Proficiency across multiple languages, and a love of learning new ones
• Deep SQL and data modelling skills
• A passion for solving complex problems through data-driven thinking
• A bias for clean, production-ready solutions built with scalability in mind
• Curiosity, collaboration, and a desire to work in a low-ego, high-impact team
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and engineering best practices
