R O L E - S U M M A R Y

The Vehicle Sourcing Specialist owns the sourcing motion on Autoreviewa’s Broker pipeline, partnering with broker firms to fulfil their client vehicle requests at speed and at scale, holding dealer partners to program standards, and protecting the broker relationship at every step. You’ll translate a broker’s request into a clean specification, qualify dealer offers against program standards, provide accurate quotes that work with broker finance applications, and close the loop with the broker firm through delivery confirmation. Every transaction you close cleanly compounds back into the platform, making the system faster, more accurate, and easier to use for the next broker request. This role suits someone who has worked the broker channel before, understands how brokers think and price, and treats every broker interaction as the foundation of repeat business.

K E Y - R E S P O N S I B I L I T I E S

• Own the end-to-end sourcing journey for broker requests, from intake through to delivery

confirmation.

• Qualify broker requests against vehicle specification, finance and program eligibility, and dealer

availability.

• Source and qualify dealer offers, holding partners to program pricing and service standards.

• Provide formal, accurate quotes that integrate cleanly with broker finance applications and

settlement workflows.

• Keep broker firms informed with timely, accurate updates across the sourcing lifecycle.

• Coordinate delivery and post-delivery confirmation with the dealer, broker, and end client.

• Resolve broker and dealer issues with structured escalation and clear communication.

• Hold the line on service standards: quote turnaround, dealer response time, and time-to-delivery.

• Surface insight from each transaction back to GM Partnerships, CX, and the platform team. Quote

competitiveness, dealer performance, broker objection patterns.

I D E A L - C A N D I D A T E

• Experience in vehicle broking, novated-lease BDM or sales, dealer fleet or wholesale, finance

broker support, or vehicle sourcing.

• Knows the rhythm of broker channels: quote formats, finance integration, settlement timing, and

dealer-delivery mechanics.

• Strong communication with broker firms and dealer counterparts; comfortable holding service

standards without losing the relationship.

• High attention to detail; can run multiple live broker requests at once without dropping a thread.

• Fluent (or rapidly fluent) with CRM, communication, and workspace tools (HubSpot, Slack, Google

Workspace).

• Reads broker channel requirements, finance application requirements, and dealer program rules

with confidence.

• Calm under pressure; comfortable with ambiguity and continuous process improvement.

• Curious about how a sourcing program scales and how operational insight reshapes products.
