APAC Integration Architect Remote (Australia-based) Are you a naturally curious problem solver with a strong technical background and excellent people skills? At Axsium, our Integration Architects play a key leadership role in driving the successful implementation and customization of workforce management (WFM) solutions. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to clients while guiding internal project teams through every phase of the engagement lifecycle. Remote position based in Australia. Duties and ResponsibilitiesProject delivery
- Provide deep domain expertise to oversee function or technical approach, tasks, and deliverables on a project
- Lead and guide clients to desired outcome for complex requirements and/or processes
- Demonstrate domain expertise to gain client's confidence
- Review and lead client-facing presentation on complex subjects
- Master Axsium tools, systems, and methodology, whether internal or external, demonstrated through selection, use, giving guidance to others internal or external, and adapting the tools as needed
- Refine approach, deliverables, and processes to further improve project efficiency and effectiveness
- Strive to develop continuous improvement of approach, deliverables, and processes
- Take initiative to share improvements and develop other Axsium resources
- Ensure quality of configuration tasks, project documentation, and all other deliverables
- Support Project Manager by highlighting potential project risks in timely manner and providing potential alternatives within domain expertise
Client Interaction
- Present and always conduct yourself in a professional manner, whether onsite with client or interacting remotely through phone, email, and other online platforms
- Demonstrate the ability to navigate demanding situations in a calm and structured way and seek help if required
- Understand, adapt, and act respectfully within the client’s organization and culture
- Lead and guide and coach Axsium team in discussions and workshops with the client
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients on projects and beyond and continue to find additional opportunities with the clients
- Master all Axsium service offerings and WFM vendor capabilities
- Demonstrate expertise with Axsium service offerings and WFM vendor landscape, and find opportunities for additional work
- Provide insight to client on industry/business and WFM operations
- Demonstrate confidence to learn and master new areas within domain expertise
- Provide best practices and conduct situation assessments to drive decision
Administration
- Timely and accurate submission of timecards and expense reports
- Proactively provide notification of availability and adhere to project assignment hours
- Comply with Axsium data security policies and Human Resources policies
- Communicate clearly, effectively, and in a timely manner with peers, leadership, and all others at Axsium
- Effectively use bench time for Axsium’s improvement and for personal development
Culture
- Act as an ambassador for Axsium culture in personal presentation, commitment, and integrity
- Take personal ownership and accountability for individual ability to positively impact Axsium’s company success
- Maintain and continuously seek improvement to domain expertise, through training and experience
- Collaborate within Axsium with peers through ASK and other knowledge sharing forums
- Innovate and develop thought-leadership in WFM
- Mentor, guide, and develop other consultants
- Lead and own internal Axsium initiatives and projects
- Actively engage in the sales cycle, creating completion project estimates and SOWs, partnering with internal sales account owners
Requirements
- UKG Boomi Certification: Must have Boomi experience with UKG PRO WFM
- Technical Skills: experience with integration technologies like Boomi and cloud-based platforms, RESTful APIs, web services (SOAP, REST), JSON, XML, and SQL
- Experience with UKG Systems: A deep understanding of UKG workforce management products
- Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues and design scalable, effective solutions
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Detail oriented and comfortable leading requirement gathering, design workshops, meetings to present findings and make recommendations to client’s project team, senior management and C-level executives through discussion and presentation
- 8+ years of workforce management consulting experience developing and executing workforce management implementations strategies
- 8+ years of experience working with workforce management technologies and vendors including but not limited to labor forecasting, schedule optimization, time keeping, budgeting and task management, vendor certifications are an asset
- Deadline driven, confident, open to taking initiative, ability to multitask
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to lead and guide clients and internal teams in the use of best practices
- University or college degree ideally in business, computer science, information systems, or industrial engineering
- Travel may be required
