Pay Rate: $20-22/hour

_Important - this is a junior level HR role; no more than 2 years of experience. Pay rate is $20-$22/hour._Overview:

• As a HR Operations Contractor, you will streamline HR operational processes to ensure efficient and effective HR service delivery.
• Oversee HR administrative tasks, including employee records management, HRIS data entry, and compliance with legal and company policies.
• Coordinate and execute onboarding and offboarding processes, administer employee benefits programs, and support payroll processing.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices, and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Provide support for employee relations activities, including handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive employee relations.
• Generate and analyze HR reports and metrics, coordinate training and development initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on HR projects and initiatives
• Provides dedicated support to manage the onboarding and engagement between business and potential key end clients.
