Commercial Finance Analyst

Role Description This part-time remote Commercial Finance Analyst role at Bioativa Farmácia de Manipulação focuses on supporting commercial decision-making through financial analysis and reporting. The analyst will prepare and review financial models, forecasts, and profitability analyses for products, customers, and channels. Responsibilities include monitoring key performance indicators, analyzing variances, and providing data-driven insights to support pricing, sales initiatives, and cost optimization. The role will collaborate with commercial, sales, and operations teams to translate financial findings into clear recommendations and concise presentations. The analyst will also assist in developing budgeting and planning deliverables, maintaining accurate financial data, and ensuring adherence to internal policies and timelines.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Commercial Finance and Finance skills to support pricing, margin analysis, and commercial decision-making.
• Candidates should possess solid Financial Planning experience, including budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling.
• Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills, including proficiency with spreadsheets, data analysis tools, and financial modeling.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to present complex financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
• Relevant academic background in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in commercial or corporate finance, preferably in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or related industries.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Excel or other spreadsheet software; familiarity with ERP or BI tools is an advantage.
