Wholesale Operations Manager

We're now looking for a Wholesale Operations Manager to join our growing team and support our expansion across global wholesale channels. Role Overview As Wholesale Operations Manager, you will be the operational backbone of our wholesale function. You’ll manage the entire wholesale lifecycle—from order entry to delivery—ensuring that retail partners receive exceptional service and timely responses. You’ll work closely with commercial, production, finance, and logistics, with deep visibility into inventory, delivery timelines, and brand strategy.

• Key Responsibilities

• Manage seasonal order processing across all brands using Zedonk (and any other software) ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Serve as the primary liaison between wholesale partners and internal teams (sales, production, logistics)
• Manage timely deliveries of goods to global stockists.
• Oversee allocation, availability, and delivery tracking for global stockists
• Build and maintain wholesale critical paths and ensure deadlines are met
• Monitor sell-through and reorders in collaboration with Commercial team
• Support showroom prep, line sheet creation, and order confirmation post-market
• Ensure all wholesale operations align with margin targets, MOQs, and delivery windows
• Lead post-season analysis, reporting on order performance, cancellations, and operational KPIs
• Troubleshoot order or shipping issues with speed and diplomacy
• Own system accuracy for wholesale pricing, terms, and inventory management

• Key Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in wholesale operations, preferably in fashion/luxury
• Advanced proficiency in Zedonk is essential
• Strong understanding of the fashion wholesale calendar and operational workflows
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and time management
• Strong analytical and Excel skills; comfortable with reporting and data-driven insights
• Experience working with high-end or multi-brand retailers across UK, USA, EU ,Asia
• Solution-oriented with strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
