Full Stack Engineer

Bradford Jacobs is working with a leading compliance consultancy which provides assistance with FCA authorisation, SEC registration, ongoing consulting, financial resilience, online training and compliance software.

They are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to join their growing technology team.

This role is all about building products end to end — from intuitive frontends to scalable backend services on Azure. You won’t be bogged down in infrastructure or compliance frameworks. Instead, you’ll focus on creating applications that solve real challenges for financial firms.

The Role

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will:

• Design, build, and deliver applications across the stack (backend in .NET/C#/APIs/SQL, frontend in React/TypeScript, all on Azure).
• Partner with product managers, designers, and compliance specialists to translate complex regulations into intuitive user experiences.
• Write clean, maintainable, and secure code that scales.
• Contribute to technical strategy, architecture decisions, and best practices.
• Help shape the culture of a team that’s reinventing itself around technology.

About You

• 5+ years of full stack development experience, with confidence in both backend and frontend delivery.
• Strong, hands-on expertise with Azure cloud services.
• A builder’s mindset — someone who thrives on creating reliable, useful, and delightful software.
• (Bonus) Experience in regtech or financial services, and/or exposure to large language models (LLMs).

This is a fully remote role, based out of Bulgaria.
