Role Description

**

This is a remote, commission-based volunteer role for a B2B Growth Partner with Brain Symphony: Relax & WellBeing. In this role, you will spearhead efforts to build partnerships with businesses, identify growth opportunities, and create strategies to enhance market reach. Key responsibilities include lead generation, cultivating client relationships, supporting project execution, and contributing to sales strategies to promote Brain Symphony’s wellness solutions.

Qualifications

**

  • Proficiency in Sales, Business Development, and Growth Hacking
  • Strong Analytical and Critical Thinking skills
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal abilities
  • Project Management expertise
  • Passion for wellness, mindfulness, or emerging technologies is a plus
  • Self-motivated, independent worker with a results-driven mindset

What You'll Do

**

  • Identify and approach companies (HR, L&D, Wellness, Innovation teams)
  • Pitch Brain Symphony as a solution for:

-Stress reduction

-Employee wellbeing

-Focus & performance

  • Build and manage relationships with decision-makers (HR Directors, CEOs, etc.)
  • Close deals (or bring qualified leads to closing stage)
  • Collaborate with our team for demos, pilots, and onboarding
  • Represent Brain Symphony at events, communities, or networks

Compensation

  • Commission-based (high % per deal)
  • Recurring commission (for subscriptions)
  • Bonus for enterprise deals
