Technical Project Manager

Job Description Technical Project Manager What you'll be working on

• Oversee complex software development projects from inception to delivery
• Create DFD and wireframes using the tool of your choice
• Create project related documentation
• Coordinate between development teams, clients, stakeholders, and leadership
• Manage multiple concurrent software engineering initiatives
• Drive technical strategy and implementation roadmaps
• Facilitate agile and scrum methodologies across project teams

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Track project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Conduct regular status meetings and progress reviews
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and bottlenecks
• Ensure clear communication channels between technical and non-technical team members
• Implement and optimize project management tools and processes
• Support team productivity and resolve inter-team conflicts
• Provide detailed reporting to senior management

Requirements

• 3+ years of software development experience
• 2+ years of technical project management experience
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Agile and Scrum certification preferred
• Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Trello, etc.)
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
