Data Center Program/Project Manager

12+ months contract position for a Data Center Program/Project Manager in Germany (remote with some travel)

Our client is seeking experienced Data Center Program/Project Managers to support critical data center initiatives. These roles sit within a high-visibility portfolio supporting senior leadership and will focus on delivering complex programs and projects while driving process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage data center-related programs and projects from intake through delivery
• Drive process improvement and operational excellence across assigned initiatives
• Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and intake prioritization
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
• Support continuous improvement efforts using structured methodologies

Required Qualifications

• Fluent in English and German, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Hands-on experience in a data center environment (required)
• Proven Program or Project Management experience
• Strong ability to improve processes and drive operational efficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification
• ITIL certification
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (or equivalent process improvement credential)
• Experience supporting large-scale technology or infrastructure programs
