Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented Live Chat Support Agent to join our growing team. As a Live Chat Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients through live chat support. You will have the opportunity to work remotely and assist our customers with their inquiries, provide product and service recommendations, and build strong relationships with our clients.
Pay: $30 - $33 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner through live chat
- Provide accurate information about our services and products
- Offer solutions and recommendations to customers based on their needs
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving any issues or concerns
- Communicate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and provide further assistance
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and maintain customer databases
- Identify and escalate any recurring issues or customer feedback to the management team
Skills and Qualifications:
- Must have at least 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Familiarity with live chat software is a plus
- Energetic and proactive attitude towards work
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if needed
