🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative market research
• Design surveys, questionnaires, and research methodologies
• Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and industry data
• Perform competitor and pricing analysis
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations with clear insights
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and strategy teams
• Translate research findings into actionable recommendations
• Maintain research databases and documentation
• Monitor industry news and market developments

✅ Requirements

• 1–4+ years of experience in market research, analytics, or related roles
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with survey tools and research platforms
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and data analysis tools
• Familiarity with visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Fluent in English
• Must be based in Australia with legal right to work full-time
