About the role

Join the Cleveland Clinic team where you will work alongside passionate caregivers and make a lasting, meaningful impact on patient care. Here, you will receive endless support and appreciation while building a rewarding career with one of the most respected healthcare organizations in the world.

As a Healthcare Reporting Analyst, you will prepare, analyze, and report key financial and revenue cycle management (RCM) information through standard and ad hoc reports that support enterprise needs. In this role, you will audit and validate provider roster data from contracted commercial health plans, ensuring accuracy and alignment with contract requirements, value-based initiatives, and service level requirements (SLRs). You will compare health plan data against internal provider databases, identify discrepancies in provider demographics, credentialing, enrollment status, practice locations, and provider assignments, and collaborate with health plans to resolve data quality issues. You will also monitor and trend roster errors, validate provider attribution for value-based care and risk contracts, and support new health plan implementations through roster audits and quality assurance reviews.

Using advanced Excel skills, you will analyze large datasets, develop reporting requirements, validate reporting outputs, and partner with database developers and the Network Data & Reporting team on data quality initiatives. This position leverages AI tools, such as Copilot and ChatGPT, to improve reporting efficiency and documentation while investigating provider data issues that may affect claims processing, reimbursement, authorizations, network participation, and patient access to care. Although this role does not involve direct patient interaction, your work is essential to ensuring health plans maintain accurate provider information, directly influencing patient satisfaction and the overall Cleveland Clinic patient experience.
