Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Buyers Agent at Compound Property. The Buyers Agent will be responsible for representing clients in the purchase of residential real estate, providing customer service, and conducting sales activities on behalf of buyers.

• Customer Service and Sales skills
• Real Estate License and experience in Buyer Representation
• Knowledge of Residential Real Estate market
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in property portfolio management is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field

Where you come in

We are looking for a Buyer's Agent to join the team and help purchase exceptional investment properties across Australia for our clients.

Key responsibilities

Find, Negotiate and Secure investment grade properties from start to finish

Researching, searching and presenting properties in line with client briefs

Organising inspections with the real estate agent and inspector

Liaising with the Property Team including the relevant Conveyancers, Mortgage Brokers, Property Managers and Pest & Building Inspectors

Managing client relations via phone and email

Managing the settlement process

Building solid relationships with real estate agents and the Property Team

What you bring to the role?

Be an active Property Investor (ideal but not essential)

Possess highly developed customer focused skills as well as excellent sales, influencing and negotiation skills

Have the ability to motivate others and build great relationships

Be a team player and also have the ability to work autonomously

Have minimum 1+ years experience as a Buyers Agent and hold a Class 1 or 2 Real Estate Licence (preferable but we have other roles if not)
