Valuation Operations Analyst

We’re seeking a Valuation Operations Analyst to support our property valuation team through vendor coordination, data management, and quality control. This role is ideal for someone experienced in financial services, banking, lending, or valuation operations who can work accurately with minimal ramp-up time.

Responsibilities

• Order and manage Broker Price Opinions (BPOs) through vendor platforms.
• Coordinate tasks and track progress for internal teams and contractors.
• Consolidate and analyze data from multiple spreadsheets; prepare reports for leadership and vendors.
• Support quality control and audit reviews to ensure accurate property valuations.
• Manage vendor communication, data requests, and workflow tracking.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in valuation operations, banking, lending, or financial services.
• Strong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, multi-sheet management); MS Access a plus.
• Experience working with BPO or appraisal-related processes preferred.
• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and able to execute tasks accurately on the first attempt.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Fully remote; East Coast candidates preferred.
