About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead and drive key HR initiatives, support organizational growth, and foster a high-performance, inclusive culture. This role will participate in the delivery of a variety of HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives
- Provide strategic guidance and support on organizational structure, workforce planning, and succession planning
- Help drive performance management programs and coach managers on performance improvement and employee development
- Manage employee relations, ensuring a positive, respectful, and compliant workplace
- Partner with leadership to drive employee engagement, retention, and cultural initiatives
- Oversee HR policy development and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform decision-making and improve programs and processes
- Manage compensation and benefits strategy in collaboration with finance and executive leadership
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or senior role
- In-depth knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and talent management strategies
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
- Proven ability to drive change, influence senior stakeholders, and foster a high-performance culture
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus
