We don’t sell software.

We audit businesses, build the operational infrastructure inside them, implement the systems end-to-end, and train teams to operate at a higher level.

We’re currently experiencing rapid growth and are expanding our sales team to support increased inbound demand and outbound expansion.

The Role

We’re hiring a Junior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our outbound and inbound sales efforts.

Your role is simple in theory and demanding in practice:

• Start conversations with agency owners

• Qualify interest and need

• Book high-quality meetings for the founder

This is a front-line role with a clear progression path into Senior SDR and Account Executive.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Qualifying inbound leads from paid advertising

• Running outbound outreach via cold email, cold calling, and LinkedIn

• Engaging agency owners in direct, professional conversations

• Booking qualified discovery calls

• Keeping CRM records clean and accurate

• Following structured sales processes and scripts

• Working closely with the founder on feedback and improvement

Who This Role Is For

• Early-career or junior SDRs looking to break into high-ticket B2B sales

• People comfortable speaking directly with business owners

• Strong communicators who can be professional and direct

• Individuals who want to grow into closing roles over time

Previous experience in sales is helpful but not required — training and systems are provided.
