• Excellent coordination skills with cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing processes, research, or new technology initiatives.
• Some hardware experience

Nice-to-have Skills:

• AR or Wearables tech experience
• Background in AppSheets, to help and automate tooling

Years of overall experience required: 5+ years of experience in technical program management, process improvement, or tool adoption roles, preferably in hardware product development.Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management, process improvement, or tool adoption roles, preferably in hardware product development.
• Experience in building sustainable processes for cross-functional teams. Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading change management initiatives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in AR/MR, consumer electronics, or hardware industries.
• Knowledge of consumer hardware development lifecycles.
• Experience working with contractor workforce models.
