Position: File Clerk

Compensation: $60–$80/hour

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Design occupation-specific questions and tasks based on real-world file clerk responsibilities.
• Translate document management, filing systems, and record-keeping workflows into structured research deliverables.
• Apply administrative expertise to support AI research and evaluation initiatives.
• Ensure created content reflects practical filing, organization, and data retrieval scenarios.
• Work independently and asynchronously while meeting project timelines and quality standards.

Requirements

• Strong years of full-time professional experience as a File Clerk.
• Strong understanding of document organization, filing systems, and records management practices.
• Excellent written communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to clearly articulate job-specific workflows and organizational processes.
• Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks not supported).
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, project-based environment.
