Position: Insurance Claims and Policy Processing Clerk – AI Trainer

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $59–$111/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Prepare and review insurance claim forms and policy documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Calculate claim amounts in accordance with policy terms and internal standards.
• Maintain detailed claim files by attaching and organizing relevant documentation.
• Transmit claims for payment or escalation following established procedures.
• Contact insured individuals and related parties to obtain additional required information.
• Provide structured feedback to AI teams to improve claims and policy-processing models.
• Document real-world insurance workflows and terminology to support AI training initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong experience in insurance claims and policy processing workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to review, analyze, and validate documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Proficiency with insurance software and document management systems.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Comfortable working remotely using digital collaboration tools.
