Clinical Reasoning Analyst | Remote

Position: Healthcare Expert (MD, DO, RN, NP, PA, MPH) Type: Hourly contract Compensation: $150–$190 per hour Location: Remote Commitment: Flexible Role Responsibilities

• Write and refine prompts for healthcare AI use cases
• Evaluate AI-generated medical responses for accuracy, reasoning, clarity, and completeness
• Fact-check medical and healthcare claims using authoritative references
• Annotate responses by identifying strengths, weaknesses, and inaccuracies
• Assess tone and appropriateness for real-world healthcare scenarios
• Follow structured taxonomies, benchmarks, and evaluation guidelines
• Provide structured feedback to improve model reliability and safety

Requirements

• Strong years of professional healthcare experience (MD, DO, RN, NP, PA, PharmD, MPH, or equivalent)
• Experience in clinical care, specialty medicine, diagnostics, or public health
• Strong written communication skills for complex medical topics
• Ability to evaluate clinical reasoning and identify subtle inaccuracies
• Familiarity with large language models and practical usage
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
