Corporate Finance Specialist | $50/hr Remote

Position: Corporate Finance Expert

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $30-$50/hr

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Create, review, and update company-level financial analyses, including forecasting, budgeting, and financial statements.
• Perform cash flow analysis, valuation support, and robust scenario and sensitivity analyses.
• Maintain financial model integrity when incorporating new data, assumptions, or structural changes.
• Analyze business performance, margins, and key financial drivers to surface actionable insights.
• Produce management-ready and board-level financial outputs aligned with corporate finance standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot modeling issues and refine methodologies.
• Ensure all deliverables prioritize accuracy, consistency, and best practices in corporate finance execution.

Requirements

• Strong experience in corporate finance, financial modeling, and FP&A workflows.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets with complex formulas and structured models.
• Expertise in cash flow analysis, scenario analysis, and quantitative financial evaluation.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in all financial outputs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for explaining analyses and collaborating remotely.
• Ability to work independently in a structured, template-driven remote environment.
• Comfort adapting models based on changing assumptions and real-world inputs.
