Position: Credit Counselors

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $60–$80 per hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: Part-time, minimum 15 hours per week, long-term engagement

Role Responsibilities

• Design occupation-specific questions based on real-world credit counseling workflows
• Apply professional experience to create realistic financial guidance and counseling scenarios
• Contribute domain expertise to improve AI understanding of credit management and debt counseling
• Review and refine task content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and real-world relevance
• Collaborate asynchronously with researchers through structured written feedback

Requirements

• Strong experience working as a Credit Counselor
• Strong experience with credit management, debt counseling, and financial education practices
• Ability to translate job-specific knowledge into clear, structured questions
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
