Finance Specialist | Remote

Position: Consumer & Retail Finance – AI Trainer Type: Part-time contract Compensation: $100-$200/hr Location: Remote Commitment: Part-time Role Responsibilities

• Curate and seed messy, real-world consumer and retail finance datasets for AI training.
• Work with partial models, ambiguous inputs, and complex spreadsheets to support model development.
• Annotate and structure finance data artifacts using iterative organization approaches.
• Provide clear feedback to improve AI model accuracy and performance.
• Collaborate with finance-adjacent contributors across distributed global teams.
• Document insights, observations, and best practices in structured written formats.
• Participate in regular project discussions, sharing progress and findings.

Requirements

• Demonstrated background in consumer or retail finance or related financial domains.
• Experience working with unstructured or messy financial data and spreadsheets.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Analytical ability to interpret and normalize ambiguous financial information.
• Comfort working independently in a remote, self-directed environment.
• Adaptability to iterative data seeding and evolving project workflows.
