Position: Australian Legal Expert

Compensation: $120–$140/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Collect and organize publicly available legal and financial documents in line with structured project guidelines.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and clarity across all compiled legal materials.
• Follow standardized documentation workflows to meet defined quality standards.
• Verify that all information is sourced from public, verifiable platforms.
• Collaborate asynchronously with project managers and meet all assigned deadlines.

Requirements

• Professional experience in litigation or corporate/transactional legal work in Australia.
• Practice experience in one or more of the following regions: New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, Western Australia, South Australia, Australian Capital Territory, Tasmania, or Northern Territory.
• Familiarity with Australian legal and regulatory documentation sources.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured documentation processes.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, project-based environment.
