Position: Stylists & Personal Shoppers

Type: Hourly Contract

Compensation: $30–$40/hour

Location: Remote

Duration: 5 weeks (~20 hours/week, flexible schedule)

Role Responsibilities

• Create realistic shopper profiles and design high-quality prompts to train advanced AI shopping-assistant systems.
• Develop detailed evaluation rubrics for AI-generated product recommendations.
• Apply expertise in styling, trend analysis, and merchandising to ensure recommendations are on-brand, relevant, and customer-focused.
• Build and organize retail assets such as inventory scorecards, product-content libraries, and campaign performance reports.
• Collaborate asynchronously with AI research teams to refine outputs and improve AI reasoning in consumer-shopping contexts.

Requirements (Training support will be provided)

• Strong professional experience in celebrity or editorial styling, retail buying/merchandising, e-commerce category management, or similar consumer-shopping roles.
• Proven track record in trend spotting, brand benchmarking, and translating shopper needs into product recommendations.
• Strong written English communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to create structured retail documentation and reports.
• Comfort working remotely, independently, and asynchronously.
